Major tourist attractions are reachable within a 10-15 minute walk, making a car unnecessary for sightseeing. Supermarkets and a variety of bars and restaurants are within 50-100 metres, including a cafe on the ground floor. For longer trips, Málaga Airport is 11 kilometres away, and a paid airport shuttle can be arranged.

The apartment is well-suited for up to four people, with very comfortable firm beds and a sofa bed in the living area. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, tea/coffee maker, and cookware, and there is a washing machine. The air-conditioning unit heats and cools effectively. High ceilings and large windows make the space feel bright and open, while the balcony offers city views. The apartment is noted for its quietness despite its central location. An iron, ironing facilities, and a flat-screen TV are provided, and a travel cot and high chair are available on request.

The kitchen is well-stocked with plenty of glassware, knives, forks, and basic cookware, making self-catering easy.
