APARTAMENTOS EDIFICIO VICENTE, Malaga

The location is exceptionally central, placing you within a 5-minute walk of Calle Larios and a 10-minute walk of Alcazaba. La Malagueta Beach is a 19-minute walk away. Malaga María Zambrano Train Station is 1 km (15 minutes on foot), and the airport is 10 km away (a 5-minute taxi ride from the station). A bus stop is 100 metres from the door. The area is packed with restaurants, but being on a narrow street on a low floor means street noise can be noticeable on weekends.

No breakfast or restaurant service is provided by the property itself. However, the same building houses a restaurant that has been described as excellent, and guests can collect keys there. Dozens more dining options are within a 5-minute walk, including Lo Gueno Meson, Estambul Grill Restaurante, La Bella Julieta, and Los Mellizos, all 0.5 km away. The kitchen is fully equipped for anyone who prefers to cook in, and there is a dining area in each apartment.

This property does not have a pool, spa, gym, or dedicated leisure facilities. The central location compensates by placing you within walking distance of the beach (19 minutes), the historic Alcazaba, and the city's museums and shops. Guests staying for a city break or cultural visit will find the location ideal, while those seeking a resort-style stay may wish to look elsewhere.
