Malaga Museum is 200 m away, Gibralfaro Viewpoint is a 15-minute uphill walk. The Port is 3 km, and Malaga Airport is 10 km - reachable by bus or paid shuttle. A bus stop is a few minutes away. The area has many restaurants and bars. For cars, public parking requires a reservation and costs €25/day; the old town's low-emission zones may restrict vehicles without an eco-sticker - plan parking outside the zone or use the parking garage.

Each apartment has a separate bedroom and a living room with kitchenette (hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, cookware). Some have a sofa bed suitable for two people (comfortable as a bed, but the living area is small for four). All feature air conditioning (mainly in the bedroom; a portable cooler or fan in the living area), heating, a washing machine, flat-screen TV with streaming services, city or courtyard views, and a private entrance. The bathroom has a standard-size shower (some note the shower head is hand-held and the cabin is compact). Windows are old, so noise from the building and street can be audible. Road-facing units are noisier than inner-courtyard ones.

Restaurante el Jardín 1887 offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner in a traditional and romantic setting. The menu features Spanish dishes, with vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free options. The included breakfast (when booked) is served at this café: a coffee, juice, and a sandwich or croissant - no buffet. On Sundays the café is closed, so a pre-packed bag is left at the door (sandwich/croissant only, no hot drink). Breakfast service hours: Monday-Saturday from around 09:00-09:30, Sunday from 10:00. Given the 10:00 check-out, plan accordingly if you want breakfast on departure day. The kitchenette in the apartment allows self-catering.
