Most of Madrid's major sights - Gran Vía, the Royal Palace, Plaza Mayor, and the Museo del Prado - are within a 15-20 minute walk. For supermarket needs, there are grocery stores and pharmacies just steps away. The pedestrian street outside the building means no car access for drop-off at the door; you will need to walk a block or two from the nearest taxi or ride-share drop-off point.

The apartments are decorated in warm tones and come with a wardrobe, desk, flat-screen TV, and tea/coffee making facilities. Kitchenettes include a microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator, and basic cookware. Bed configurations vary: studios often have two single beds, while larger units can have one double and two single beds plus a sofa bed in the living area. Some two-bedroom apartments have two separate bathrooms with showers. A number of apartments feature a balcony with city views. While the apartments are centrally located, double glazing keeps the interiors quiet. Note that some studio apartments are on the fifth floor, accessible only by stairs.
