Each apartment is a studio or one-bedroom unit with a kitchenette equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, oven and kitchenware. All have a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and hairdryer. Soundproof walls and a flat-screen TV with streaming services are standard. Units vary in natural light: some have a balcony or patio with city views, while others are basement rooms with only a small window to an interior courtyard or none at all - which can affect ventilation and natural light. Some rooms face the street and may experience noise from bins being collected early in the morning. The sofa bed in some units is basic; the main beds are reported as comfortable. A work desk is provided, and free high-speed Wi-Fi is confirmed for remote work.
