The apartments are on a quiet street, yet all major landmarks are within walking distance: the Botanical Gardens and Jardines del Real are 10 minutes away, and the Torres de Quart are also nearby. Xativa Station is 800 metres away, providing direct rail connections. Numerous bars, restaurants, and the central market are within a 5-minute stroll. Despite being in the heart of the old town, the street remains relatively quiet, making it suitable for restful nights.

Each apartment has a separate living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop, refrigerator, oven, and tea/coffee maker, plus a washing machine. Bedrooms include parquet floors, a seating area, and a flat-screen TV. Some units have two bathrooms, and two-bedroom apartments can sleep up to five people. The apartments are spacious and well-maintained, with private bathrooms featuring a shower. Note that only the attic apartment has an en-suite bathroom; other units have a second separate toilet. No balcony or terrace is available in standard rooms, but lower-floor apartments may have a small terrace.
