The location is exceptionally central: 150 metres from Alameda Principal, 4 minutes from Marqués de Larios, and 8 minutes from the Cathedral. The train station (C-1 line to the airport) and bus station are both within a 10-minute walk, making airport transfers straightforward. The area is quiet for a city centre, with coffee shops, bakeries, and restaurants directly outside the door. Beach access is 10-11 minutes on foot.

The property offers one-bedroom apartments (35 m2) and two-bedroom apartments (50 m2), all with a double bedroom (135-150 cm bed) and a separate living area with a sofa bed. The two-bedroom unit adds a single bedroom (90 cm bed). Kitchens are fully equipped with ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine/dryer, fridge/freezer, and all utensils. All apartments have air conditioning, heating, flat-screen TV, and free Wi-Fi. Bedrooms have a Juliette balcony and street views - no roof terrace, but top-floor units often include a private large terrace. All units are exterior-facing with good natural light.
