The apartments sit within the old town, placing you within easy walking distance of Calle Larios shopping street, the Picasso Museum, and Alcazaba fortress. A supermarket, bakery, and café are immediately opposite or one minute away, and a bus stop is minutes from the door. The beach is a short walk, while Malaga Airport is 8 km away - a taxi costs around €32 from the airport to the office, or the paid shuttle (€27 cab, €38 van) can be arranged. Despite the central position, apartments overlooking the internal courtyard remain notably quiet, and the overall area is highly walkable for sightseeing, dining, and transport.

Each apartment includes a living room with a flat-screen TV, a kitchen fitted with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and kitchenware, plus a washing machine and tea/coffee maker. Bed configurations vary: some units have one bed in one bedroom while others offer two beds. Bathrooms are private with a shower or bath and free toiletries; balconies are available in select apartments. The apartments are modern, spacious for two people, and feature comfortable beds and sofas. Courtyard-facing units are particularly quiet. Features such as air conditioning, heating, ironing facilities, and a seating/dining area are standard. The lift connects the entrance to all floors, but the rooftop terrace requires using about 10 steps from the 4th floor.

There is no restaurant or breakfast service at the property. Each kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, and cookware, making self-catering straightforward. A supermarket and bakery are within a one-minute walk, and a café operates in the same building. The surrounding historic centre offers numerous dining options within 300 metres, including Italian, international, and local Spanish restaurants.

Only one specific apartment classification - Carreteria Pool Premium - includes access to a swimming pool. The pool is not heated and is accessible year-round, with regular maintenance from June to September. No sun beds are guaranteed. There is no spa, gym, or other wellness centre on the property. The central location provides easy access to city leisure, cultural sites, and the beach on foot.

Free WiFi is available throughout. The property offers a paid airport shuttle service (€27 for a cab, €38 for a van) and car hire can be arranged. Luggage storage, private check-in/check-out, and an invoice are provided. The building has a lift connecting the entrance to all floors. Key collection takes place at the office on Paseo Reding 3 before reaching the apartment. Late check-in is possible with prior coordination and an extra fee.
