Playa de Fanabe is reachable on foot in about 15-20 minutes downhill, and taxis back are cheap and plentiful. Supermarkets and a shopping centre (X-Sur) are within 5 minutes by car. El Duque Castle is 2 km away, Siam Park is 5 km, and the area is well-suited for hiking and walking tours. Tenerife South Airport is 20 km away; the easiest transfer is by taxi (around €35) or by bus (line 40 to Las Americas, then change to 417/447/460/477 to Miraverde stop, which is next to the complex). Scuba diving opportunities are also nearby. A minimarket and several cafés and restaurants are within a 5-10 minute walk.

The apartment is freshly renovated, clean, and modern, with a layout that comfortably sleeps up to six people (two separate bedrooms + a sofa bed in the living room). Each bedroom has a private bathroom with a shower and free toiletries, making the unit ideal for two couples or a family. The living room features a dining area and a sofa bed. The large terrace gets sun from morning to evening and offers panoramic ocean views with outdoor furniture and sun loungers. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, kitchenware, tea and coffee maker, as well as a washing machine in a separate utility room. Additional amenities include air conditioning, heating, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, ironing facilities, and a private entrance. The apartment is very quiet, and the beds are comfortable; twin beds can be zipped together to form one large bed upon request. The building has two lifts, making access easy for all.

A welcome bottle of cava is included upon arrival.
