The area is well served by bus (line C4, stop Serristori) and offers an excellent variety of restaurants, cafés and artisan shops within 300 metres. Despite the central reach, the street itself is peaceful and uncrowded, ideal for those wanting proximity without the tourist bustle.

Each unit features soundproof walls, air conditioning, parquet or tiled floors, a seating and dining area, and a flat-screen TV.
