APARTMENT ZEUS, Florence

The property is located in the authentic heart of Florence, putting major sights like the Duomo and Accademia within 15 minutes on foot. The surrounding area is quiet enough to avoid tourist noise yet packed with excellent bars, wine bars, and restaurants such as Cocktail Bar Sant'Ambrogio, Plaz Wine bar, and Il Pizzaiuolo, all within a 0.5 km radius. A supermarket and other shops are similarly close, making self-catering easy. Florence Airport is 10 km away; the paid shuttle or a short taxi ride are the most practical options since there is no parking. The apartment's position also suits those wanting a less crowded base while still being walkable to every historic landmark.

The apartment comprises a living room, one separate bedroom, and a bathroom with shower and bidet. The bedroom has two beds - a main bed noted for comfort - while the living area includes a sofa, seating, and a flat-screen TV. The tiled floors, washing machine, ironing facilities, tea and coffee maker, and a well-equipped kitchenette (stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, kitchenware) make it a practical base for longer stays. Private entrance and a patio or balcony (availability varies by room) add outdoor access. Rooms are spacious enough for up to four people and are described as clean and comfortable. Air conditioning and heating are included.

The apartment does not have a restaurant or breakfast service, but the kitchenette is fully equipped with a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, and kitchenware for preparing own meals. A supermarket is located within a few minutes' walk for groceries. The immediate neighbourhood is packed with dining options: within 0.5 km you'll find wine bars (Plaz, Cocktail Bar Sant'Ambrogio), seafood (La Cucina di Pescepane), pizza (Il Pizzaiuolo), and traditional Florentine cuisine (Ristorante Pentola Dell'Oro). For a quick coffee or pastry, Pasticceria Nencioni is also nearby.
