APARTMENT ZEUS SUPERIOR, Florence

Piazza della Signoria is less than a kilometre away, the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore is 9 minutes on foot, and Ponte Vecchio is also within easy walking distance. The property's central position means most major sites are reachable without public transport, while the paid shuttle service and an electric vehicle charging station are available for longer trips. Florence Airport is 11 km from the apartment. Several restaurants and pizzerias such as Aroma Ristorante, Osteria del Calciante, and La Divina Pizza are within a 0.5 km radius, providing convenient after-hours dining.

The unit features a private entrance, parquet floors, a seating area with a flat-screen TV, and a quiet street view. The bedroom offers a comfortable soft bed, while the living room contains additional bedding - a bunk bed that children particularly enjoy. The apartment has a well-fitted kitchen with a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, and kitchenware, plus a washing machine, tea and coffee maker, and ironing facilities. There is no lift; the sleeping area on the upper floor is accessible only by stairs, although a ground-floor bed can be set up for those with limited mobility.

Each apartment includes a kitchen with a stovetop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee machine, so self-catering is straightforward. For those who prefer eating out, more than seven dining options including Italian, pizza, sushi, and wine bars are within a 3-minute walk of the property. The minimarket on site is handy for quick groceries and essentials.

Cycling and walking tours are on offer (off-site and at an extra cost), while temporary art galleries can also be visited nearby. The apartment itself does not include a pool, spa, or gym, but the historic centre's attractions, shopping, and cafés provide ample leisure options within a short walk.

Private check-in/check-out and express check-in/out are available, with an invoice provided. A paid shuttle service and a paid off-site luggage storage referral are available. The property offers accessible and parking garage spots (reservation required, charges may apply) and an electric vehicle charging station. Pets are allowed with possible charges, and facilities include family rooms, designated smoking area, pet bowls, a shared lounge/TV area, and a minimarket. Safety features include fire extinguishers and key access.
