Milan Central Station is 2 km away or two metro stops, providing fast regional trains to Lake Como, Lake Garda, and Venice. Several supermarkets, gelaterie, and trattorias are within a 3-5-minute walk. An EV charger is located right outside the front door.

The apartments are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a homey feel. Each unit has one bedroom with two beds, a living area with a flat-screen TV and streaming services, and a washing machine. The highlight is a private terrace or balcony - some overlooking the garden courtyard, others with city views.
