A 15-minute walk leads to the main train station, though the route includes cobblestone streets. Taxis and Ubers are available for trips to the further attractions or the airport (9 km away). Numerous restaurants, bars, and cafés are within a 3-5 minute walk, making it easy to dine out without traveling far.

Each apartment comprises one living room, two separate bedrooms, and one bathroom with a shower (some units also have a bathtub). The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, kitchenware, and a coffee machine. Additional amenities include a washing machine, a seating area with a flat-screen TV, a dining table, air conditioning, heating, and parquet floors. Bed configurations vary: some units offer 4 beds (two bedrooms with two single beds each), others provide two beds in total. A sofa bed is available in the living area of select apartments. Ground-floor apartments with a private terrace are also available, popular for their outdoor space. The building has no elevator, so upper-floor units involve stairs.
