APPARTEMENT RASPAIL ST GERMAIN PARIS, Paris

The property is located in the heart of the 7th arrondissement, a safe and vibrant area filled with cafés, bakeries, and boutique shopping. The nearest metro station is right outside the building, offering direct connections across the city and to major landmarks. Within a 10-minute walk you will find the Musée d'Orsay, while the Louvre is 2 km away. Other attractions within easy reach include the Rodin Museum (less than 1 km), Luxembourg Gardens (2 km), and Notre Dame Cathedral (3 km). The surrounding streets are lively in the evenings with bars and restaurants, yet the apartment itself remains quiet. A Carrefour Express supermarket is on the next street for daily essentials. Paris Orly Airport is 16 km from the property, easily reachable by metro or taxi.

The apartment features one separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a large living room with a sofa bed, accommodating up to four people. The living room is spacious, with comfortable seating and a dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, and all necessary cookware and kitchen utensils. A washing machine, ironing facilities, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels are also provided. The unit has soundproofed walls, which help maintain a quiet atmosphere. However, the sofa bed mattress has been noted as thin and uncomfortable, and the shower drain and hot water system have required frequent attention. The floors in the original building may creak, adding to the characteristic Parisian feel. The bedroom includes functional blinds, but a damaged blind in one room has caused a lack of privacy from the hallway.

A Carrefour Express supermarket is located on the next street, making it easy to stock up on groceries. The surrounding area is filled with dining options, including Le Flores (0.5 km), Mersea Beaupassage (0.5 km), Matsuri Bac (0.5 km), Dalloyau Raspail (0.5 km), and many more within a few minutes' walk. For those preferring to eat in, the kitchen is fully stocked with a stove, oven, microwave, and all essential cookware. Guests planning to cook should note that basic supplies like dish soap and paper towels are not always provided, so it is advisable to bring or purchase these upon arrival.

For leisure and fresh air, Luxembourg Gardens is a 20-minute walk away, providing expansive green spaces, fountains, and walking paths. The Rodin Museum's sculpture garden is also within a 10-minute walk, offering a peaceful cultural retreat. While the apartment itself has no on-site wellness facilities (pool, spa, or gym guests), the surrounding 7th arrondissement is known for its tree-lined boulevards and quiet charme, ideal for relaxed strolls after a day of sightseeing.

Free WiFi is available throughout the apartment, though several stays have reported intermittent connectivity issues. The property offers a commercial agency where luggage can be stored before check-in or after check-out, an important service for early arrivals or late departures. A washing machine and ironing facilities are provided for guest use. Pets are allowed with potential extra charges. No parking is available at the property, so guests arriving by car will need to use nearby public car parks or street parking. The host has been described as responsive in some instances, but communication delays regarding maintenance issues have been noted. The apartment is non-smoking throughout, and family rooms are available. Accepted methods of payment include Visa, Diners Club, JCB, Maestro, and MasterCard.
