Some rooms feature a balcony overlooking the quiet street, which helps reduce noise. Soundproofing is effective, though some internal noise from water pipes or the minibar can be audible. Beds are described as comfortable by some, while others note firm mattresses and creaky bed frames. The rooms are simple but clean, with parquet flooring, a wardrobe, dressing area, and work desk. A small blinking light in some rooms may disturb light sleepers. Lighting is basic. Window shutters provide darkness at night. The overall feel is practical and good value, best for short stays.

The property does not operate its own breakfast service. Instead, each guest receives a voucher redeemable at a cafe a few steps away for a standard Italian breakfast: a cappuccino or espresso plus a croissant (plain, pistachio, or other pastry). The cafe is well-regarded for the quality of its coffee and atmosphere. For other meals, the surrounding San Salvario block is dense with restaurants, including Ristorante Cinese Take Away, La Societa dei Carbonari, Bottega Baretti, and many others within a 5-minute walk. A minimarket on site can cover basic snacks and drinks.
