ARTE CHERAS BY AWESOMESTAY, Kuala Lumpur

The property is located in a residential area of Cheras, approximately 29 km from the airport. Berjaya Times Square and Starhill Gallery are both 7 km away, making car access the most practical way to explore the city centre. The surrounding area includes diverse local eateries such as Simple Life Healthy Vegetarian Restaurant (2 km), Steamboat Factory (3 km), and several other dining options within a short drive. For central attractions, a taxi or rideshare service is the recommended option, as the location is less convenient for walking to public transport. The free on-site parking is a key advantage for those arriving by car.

Units are designed as duplex lofts with a living area upstairs, providing a spacious feel. Bed configurations include multiple queen beds (e.g., 3 queen beds) and sofa beds, sleeping up to 6-7 adults. Each bedroom has its own air conditioning unit, and the living room includes a flat-screen TV with Netflix. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, and electric kettle. The bathroom includes a bathtub and free toiletries. Some units feature a view from the 40th floor; higher floors and the upstairs living area are recommended for a better experience. Hygiene and cleanliness have been noted as inconsistent, and some furniture (e.g., sofas, dining chairs) may show signs of wear.

The self-check-in process involves coordinating with the owner or a representative to collect keys. Wi-Fi is free in the rooms. 24-hour security is present on site. Each apartment includes a washing machine. Communication with the owner can be challenging, and the access card for lifts has been reported as unreliable. A refundable deposit of 200 MYR is collected; the refund process may take time. For families with small children, the lift transfer is a limitation. No daily housekeeping is provided; the apartment is cleaned before arrival only.
