The neighbourhood is quiet, calm for late-night returns, and works well during Feria without the event noise. A nearby concert venue is roughly a 10-minute walk from the door. Bus links are easy to access, and the railway station is also within straightforward reach.

Each apartment combines two separate bedrooms with a living room, a bathroom and a patio; there is no balcony. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and free toiletries. The unit has four beds, a seating area, a flat-screen TV, a wardrobe, tiled floors and soundproof walls. The kitchenette adds a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kitchenware and a dining area. Air conditioning, heating, a work desk and ironing facilities complete the setup. Bedrooms and the bathroom feel spacious, beds are comfortable, cleanliness is a strong point, and the apartment is well furnished with attention to detail. The layout is compact but well planned, which suits a one- or two-night stopover as well as a slightly longer self-catering stay.

Wellness facilities are not part of the stay. The outdoor patio provides a private outdoor corner, and the quiet residential area works well for relaxed evenings. The location gives easy access to the city centre's museums and attractions. The absence of a pool and spa should be factored in by anyone expecting those facilities.
