A free hourly tuk-tuk shuttle runs to the main road during the day, but availability can be inconsistent and the service finishes at 8 PM. For quick trips to the BTS, motorbike taxis are readily available. Suvarnabhumi Airport is accessible by taxi for a typical fare of around 400-500 THB.

The rooms present a modern boutique design and feature very comfortable king-sized beds, air conditioning, a safe, flat-screen TV, mini-bar, and an in-room safe. Standard amenities include a refrigerator and microwave. A notable characteristic is that many rooms have only sealed frosted windows, providing no natural light or view, and windows cannot be opened for ventilation, which can lead to stuffiness. The overall finish is described as worn, with stained carpets, dated furniture, and signs of mould and dampness in some rooms, particularly around the bathroom. Soundproofing is minimal, and noise from adjacent rooms and the corridor carries easily. The bathroom layout can be unusual, with the washbasin often located outside the bathroom area, which some find inconvenient.

The hotel offers a daily breakfast buffet for 200 THB. The breakfast is described as modest, consisting of a basic continental-style selection (bread, pastries, eggs, cold cuts). The restaurant and bar area provide a space for meals and drinks, but the dining experience is considered basic. Given the limited on-site options, the surrounding area offers a huge variety of cuisines at all price points. Numerous restaurants are within a 5-minute walk, including Charcoal Tandoor Grill, Bawarchi Rooftop, and Amritsr @11 for Indian, Chilli Culture Thai Kitchen for Thai, and Artisan Craft Burgers for Western food.

The hotel features an outdoor swimming pool on the rooftop. The pool is small (more akin to a large jacuzzi) and offers some skyline views. The number of sun loungers is limited. The condition of the pool and surrounding rooftop area is inconsistent; it has been reported as clean and usable at times, but also as dirty with murky water, broken tiles, and the unamended upper terrace area often being in a state of disrepair. There is no dedicated spa, fitness centre, or other wellness facilities on site.
