The hotel is located a few steps from Starhill Gallery, with Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, Berjaya Times Square, and KLCC Park all within an easy walk. The MRT Bukit Bintang station is about a 5-minute walk away, providing direct access across the city including to Petronas Twin Towers and Islamic Arts Museum. Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport is 23 km away. The area is packed with shops, street food stalls, and entertainment, making it ideal for exploring KL on foot. Parking is available nearby at 20 MYR per day.

Rooms are functional but very compact, with the bed often against the walls, limiting floor space for luggage. Each room includes air conditioning, a tea and coffee maker, minibar, free toiletries, and a work desk. A fridge is provided. Windowless rooms are common; street-facing rooms may have a view but are subject to loud noise from the live music and traffic until midnight. Rooms at the back of the building are quieter but may face an alley. Soundproofing is minimal, so corridor noise and outside sounds travel easily. Daily housekeeping is included, though deep cleaning has been noted as inconsistent. The lift is very small, fitting two people with small luggage.

The hotel does not operate a restaurant or offer breakfast. However, Jalan Alor street food market is located just behind the hotel, providing a wide array of local dining at all hours. Many restaurants and convenience stores are open overnight within a short walk. Several cafés and eateries are also found along Bukit Bintang.
