AYZ FRAILES - AUTO CHECK-IN PROPERTY (ADULTS ONLY), Malaga

AYZ Frailes is set in a central residential street a 17-minute walk from La Malagueta Beach. The Picasso Museum Málaga is 500 metres away, Alcazaba is less than 1 km, Malaga Cathedral 700 metres, and Malaga Park a 10-minute walk. The Museum of Glass and Crystal is 400 metres away, and the Jorge Rando Museum a 7-minute walk. Malaga Airport is 10 km away; the airport rail link is roughly a 20-minute walk. Dozens of bars, cafés and fast-food outlets are within 300 metres, and a supermarket is nearby. Free street parking is available in the residential zone, making car access practical, though many visitors prefer to explore on foot.

The property offers single rooms, double rooms and studios, all with a private bathroom fitted with a shower and hairdryer. Each room includes air conditioning, heating and a work desk, but no TV. Rooms are very compact - the toilet is positioned such that sitting normally is difficult, and the shower requires stepping over the toilet. Light sleepers should avoid rooms facing the road or the internal staircase, as noise carries easily through thin walls and the central stairwell. Some rooms have an interior window overlooking the staircase with automatic light that stays on for 20+ minutes when someone passes, which can disturb sleep. Road-facing rooms may pick up construction noise and street sounds until late. The bed is reported as comfortable, but the room is best suited to short stays where the primary purpose is a budget sleeping base rather than extended living.

No on-site restaurant, bar or breakfast is offered. The immediate area is very well served by dozens of eateries ranging from fast food to Spanish and international sit-down restaurants, most within a 3-minute walk. A supermarket is also nearby for self-catering supplies. A water dispenser is available in the entrance area.

The property operates with no on-site reception or staff. Access and room entry are handled entirely via a smartphone link and digital keypad. Free street parking is available in the residential zone. A water dispenser is provided in the entrance. 24-hour security (CCTV, security alarm, smoke alarms) is present. Express and private check-in/out are standard. An invoice is provided digitally. Note: no luggage storage is available, no laundry service, and the stairwell is narrow and steep with uneven steps - guests with heavy luggage or mobility concerns should weigh this carefully. Housekeeping does not enter the room during multi-night stays unless specifically requested; towels are not replaced unless requested. All communication is through the online guest panel, and the phone support is often Spanish-only.
