BARCELONA CLASSIC GRACIA APARTMENTS, Barcelona

The apartment comprises three separate bedrooms (two with double beds, one with a single) and a living room with a sofa and dining table. Two bathrooms are available: one with a bathtub and one with a shower cubicle located on the terrace. The shower's transparent door offers limited privacy from neighboring buildings. The toilet and washbasin are in a separate tiny enclosure. Bedrooms vary in natural light: some have external windows, some face an interior corridor, and one internal bedroom has no window at all. All bedrooms have ceiling fans (which can be noisy), and air conditioning is available in some units. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, and utensils. Beds are comfortable, and the apartment is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, stove, and a selection of pots and pans. A dining table and chairs are provided for indoor meals. A large supermarket is located immediately adjacent to the building, making grocery shopping very convenient. Numerous restaurants, cafes, and bakeries are within a 5-minute walk, offering a range of cuisines including Spanish, Italian, and tapas. There is no on-site restaurant or bar; all meals are either prepared in the apartment or taken at nearby establishments.

The apartment includes a terrace overlooking a quiet interior courtyard and a balcony with city views. The lively Gràcia neighbourhood is perfect for evening strolls, with many plazas, bars, and cafes. Park Güell is within a 25-minute walk, and larger parks like Montjuïc are accessible by public transport. There is no gym, spa, or pool on site, but the area offers abundant leisure options through its dining, shopping, and cultural scenes.

WiFi is free throughout the apartment. Security includes CCTV in common areas. The digital locking system allows self-check-in and check-out. Express check-in/check-out and an invoice are provided. Room cleaning service is available only for stays longer than 5 days.
