Upstairs rooms feature a king-size bed with a pull-out couch, while downstairs rooms have a queen-size bed with a pull-out couch, accommodating up to four people. The property has no elevator; second-floor rooms require stairs. Upstairs units may hear noise from walking above, and ground-floor rooms can be affected by pool-area activity.

The resort does not have an on-site restaurant or bar. Each condo is equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and mini fridge; first-floor units also include a full stove and oven. The kitchen supplies basic cookware, dishes, and utensils. A gas barbecue grill and picnic area are available for guest use.
