B&B ELDOM, Bologna

The property is within a 10-minute walk of the fairgrounds and Bologna Congress Centre, ideal for business travellers. The surrounding streets offer a large Lidl supermarket just around the corner, along with numerous casual restaurants and a pub. For the city centre, a bus stop is practically on the doorstep, or you can enjoy the 15-20 minute walk through the neighbourhood. The building is near a busy main road, but the rooms are soundproofed.

The included breakfast consists of biscuits, crackers, jam, coffee capsules, tea, and sometimes yogurt, with no freshly prepared or hot options. The shared fridge may contain milk and water for guests. The area is full of dining options within a 3-5 minute walk, including pizzerias, a Japanese restaurant, and a pub, offering alternatives to the self-service continental style. Guests can also use the property's own well-equipped kitchen to prepare their own meals, with a supermarket nearby for supplies.

There is no on-site gym, pool, spa, or garden. For relaxation, the shared kitchen and a small terrace are available. The neighbourhood is close to a park, and the city of Bologna itself offers all leisure and cultural activities. The lift provides easy access to the upper floors.

The building features a lift and key-card access for security. As there is no reception, all communication is via WhatsApp or phone, with a shared lounge area for socialising. Parking is not on-site, but street parking is available for a daily fee. The property is non-smoking throughout, with a designated smoking area on the balcony. Laundry can be done using the in-room washing machine. Guests should note the shower in some rooms is open-plan, which can cause floor wetness.
