B&B GIOLI, Milan

The B&B sits in a safe, gated residential community on Milan's south-eastern edge, about 4 km from Linate Airport. Tram 16, 80 metres from the entrance, runs directly to Duomo Square in roughly 30 minutes. Porta Romana Metro Station is 3 km away, providing connections across the city. Several restaurants and a pizzeria are within a 5-minute walk. Free street parking is usually available directly outside, and electric vehicle charging is possible on site.

The B&B has two double rooms, each with a large bed, air conditioning, heating, an iPad, a tea and coffee maker, and a work desk. Windows have shutters that block light completely, and one room offers garden views. The private bathrooms include a walk-in shower, bidet, and complimentary toiletries. One bathroom is en-suite; the other is accessed from the hallway. Both rooms are modern, well-maintained, and cleaned daily. The space is best suited to couples or solo travellers wanting a calm, comfortable base.

Breakfast is served each morning in the shared living area, featuring milk, pastries, sandwiches, jams, Nutella, rusks, biscuits, cereals, yoghurt, fresh fruit, fruit juices, butter, and a choice of coffee or herbal teas. Gluten-free packaged options are available for those with allergies or intolerance, and dietary preferences (such as vegan) can be accommodated if communicated in advance. When a very early departure is planned, a takeaway breakfast bag is provided. There is no on-site restaurant or bar, but several casual dining options are within a 5-minute walk.

The B&B offers a garden with outdoor furniture where you can sit and unwind. Bicycle parking is available, and the tram connection makes it easy to reach Milan's cultural attractions, shopping streets, and event venues without a car.

Complimentary WiFi is provided in all rooms. Daily housekeeping ensures the accommodation stays clean throughout your stay. Luggage storage is available free of charge, useful for early arrivals or late departures. A lift serves all floors. The property has key-card access and is situated in a gated community, adding to security. Free street parking is possible on nearby roads, and an electric vehicle charging station is on site. The host provides detailed directions, transport advice, and practical tips before arrival.
