The hotel is situated in an industrial area of Harburg. Harburg train station (S-Bahn line S3) is approximately 12-15 minutes on foot, providing a direct 20-minute ride to Hamburg city centre. A bus stop is located directly outside the hotel. The A7 motorway is close by, making this a practical stop for transit travellers. The immediate neighbourhood is not pedestrian-friendly, and the walk from the station involves a pedestrian bridge with stairs. Within a short walk there is an Edeka supermarket and several restaurants within 0.5 km. Parking on site costs €8 per day; street parking may be free on weekends.

Rooms are small but functional, with carpeted floors and a seating area. Some have been recently renovated. Air conditioning is available but can be noisy; some units may not cool effectively. Soundproofing reduces but does not eliminate noise from the railway and hallway. Rooms facing the road and tracks are significantly louder; rear-facing rooms are quieter. Windows open only to a tilt position. There are no wardrobes - only hooks and a small table. Bathrooms are compact with a shower and hairdryer; water pressure can be weak. Mattress firmness varies, with some guests finding them hard. Suitable for short stays only, due to limited storage and space.

Breakfast is a standard continental buffet with fresh bread, cold meats, cheese, yogurt, fruit, and a coffee machine. Gluten-free options are available and some vegan items. The quality is considered adequate by many, though portions and variety may not justify the €13 cost for some. The hotel does not have a restaurant or bar for lunch or dinner. Vending machines on the ground floor offer snacks and drinks. The surrounding area has several restaurants within a 5-minute walk, including Silo16, Shukria, and others.

Wi-Fi is free and available throughout. Check-in is via an automated kiosk using a code; reception is not open late. The lift serves all floors. Some rooms are accessible for disabled guests.
