The property sits on a quiet street in an area rich with nightlife and historic sights, though the tram line passing nearby can cause vibrations in street-facing rooms.

Rooms include a private bathroom with shower/bidet/hairdryer, flat-screen TV, tea/coffee maker, wardrobe and seating area. The "Audrey" and "Elizabeth" rooms are notably large. Some rooms have a balcony. The one-bedroom apartment adds a living room, a separate bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen (stovetop, fridge, dishwasher) and a washing machine. Soundproof walls help keep interior noise low, but some street-facing rooms experience tram noise and poor soundproofing. Air conditioning and heating are installed. For light sleepers, a room on the inner courtyard is recommended.
