BEACHBAR APARTMENT IN ROME, Rome

Set in a lively university neighborhood, the apartment puts restaurants, bars, ice-cream shops, and grocery stores just outside the door. At the same time, the street is quiet enough for restful sleep. The area feels authentic and less touristy than central Rome, yet major sights such as Santa Maria Maggiore and the Colosseum are within walking distance. Bus and tram stops near the apartment provide easy connections across the city, making a car unnecessary. For airport access, use the train from Termini station.

The apartment contains two large bedrooms, one bathroom with shower and bidet, a living room, and a kitchen equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and washing machine. The property is air-conditioned throughout (important for a summer stay) and includes heating, parquet flooring, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, and a tea and coffee maker. Comfortable beds and good-quality pillows are provided. The apartment is on the fifth floor with no lift, so climbing stairs is necessary. The rooms are spacious and bright, with a high standard of cleanliness. A cot is available upon request. There is also roof access with a panoramic view of Rome.

With its own well-stocked kitchen (including a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and all cookware), the apartment is ideal for preparing meals. The area around the property has a wide variety of dining options within 0.5 km, including pizza spots, grills, bakeries, and social clubs. Several grocery stores are also nearby for supplies. This setup provides flexibility for families or groups who prefer to cook some meals while also enjoying the local food scene.

For downtime, the apartment building offers a games room and a shared lounge. The hosts can arrange free walking tours and pub crawls, giving a social way to explore Rome. The indoor play area and board games make it suitable for families with children.

The apartment provides free WiFi throughout, a washing machine and dryer, and laundry service. Check-in and check-out are handled via a smooth self-service system with clear instructions, and luggage storage lockers are available. The hosts communicate well remotely and can assist with early check-in if needed. Business travellers have access to free meeting/banquet facilities. Safety features include key access, smoke alarms, and fire extinguishers.
