BEA ROMA, Rome

The property is about 15-20 minutes by bus from Battistini Metro Station (4 km) and 5 km from Stadio Olimpico Roma, making it a practical base for event-goers. Vatican Museums are 6 km away. Public transport is straightforward: bus 46 from the top of the street reaches the Colosseum without changes, and nearby bus stops also connect to other major sights. The area has two restaurants within a 0.5 km walk (La Molisanella and Viziati Roma) and a calm, suburban feel far from city-centre crowds, better suited to travellers who prioritise quiet surroundings over immediate walkability to landmarks.

The triple room contains a private bathroom with a shower, a tea and coffee maker, a washing machine, and a balcony looking onto the inner courtyard. For solo travellers or couples, a room with a shared bathroom is offered. All rooms have air conditioning and heating, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table. The space is described as generous and spacious, with a clean, essential feel that leaves enough room to store luggage and move comfortably. The shared kitchen has a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and kitchenware. Board games are available for families with children, and cots can be requested.

The shared kitchen is equipped for cooking full meals and has a washing machine and dishwasher. For those who prefer eating out, two restaurants (La Molisanella and Viziati Roma) are within a 5-minute walk. There is no restaurant or bar on site, so planning meals in advance or relying on kitchen facilities is advisable for longer stays.

The property's quiet side-street location and balcony provide a calm retreat after a day of sightseeing. Walking tours and local cultural classes can be booked nearby for an additional charge. Board games are available for in-room entertainment. The communal spaces and courtyard offer a basic but functional environment for downtime.
