BEA SUITES LUXURY ROOMS, Rome

The elegant Trieste neighbourhood offers quieter streets than the city centre, with many restaurants, cafés, and shops within a five-minute walk. Spagna Metro Station is 2 km away, and Rome Termini train station is 3 km. Rome Ciampino Airport is 17 km from the property. Bus connections are reliable, making car-free city exploration practical, though the area is also well-suited to those arriving by car, with on-site parking available by reservation. The surrounding streets are leafy and pleasant for walking, with an ice-skating rink nearby and Villa Borghese ideal for morning runs.

Each twin or double room offers free toiletries, a shower, bidet, hairdryer, wardrobe, and parquet floors. Room sizes vary: some are spacious and well-furnished, while others can feel compact with limited luggage space. Noise from the corridor can be an issue despite soundproofed room walls, especially in the morning. Rooms facing the street may experience traffic noise if windows are opened for ventilation, as some rooms lack air circulation. The property has been partially renovated, with some rooms featuring modern decor and others retaining an older style. All rooms include a work desk and heating. Some rooms offer city, garden, or inner courtyard views.

The breakfast selection includes juice, fresh pastries, cheese, fruits, and yogurt, with coffee and water available throughout the day from a self-service station. The breakfast area is shared and kept clean, though the variety is basic and some items are pre-packaged. For lunch or dinner, several restaurants, pizzerias, and cafés are within a three-minute walk, including AM infinity pizza, Capo Boi, and Coppede Cafe. Given the lack of an on-site restaurant, guests will need to eat out for meals beyond breakfast.

Leisure facilities at the property are limited to a shared lounge and TV area. The garden-view balcony provides a quiet outdoor space. For exercise or relaxation, Villa Borghese is a 14-minute walk away, offering jogging paths, gardens, and cultural sites. An ice-skating rink is also within the surroundings, adding a seasonal activity option.

A paid airport shuttle can be arranged from Ciampino and Fiumicino airports, and shuttle service is also available for local transport. Parking is possible on site with a reservation, and charges may apply. Laundry service is available for an additional fee. Safety features include CCTV outside, key card and key access, and a safety deposit box. Cots can be provided on request. The property has a designated smoking area and is non-smoking throughout. Public transport tickets can be purchased on site. The shared lounge/TV area is available for all guests. Daily housekeeping is included in the stay, and luggage storage is complimentary.
