BEHAPPY HUERTO DEL CONDE -CENTRO, Malaga

The apartment occupies a calm spot away from the busy core yet remains a short walk from Alcazaba, Malaga Cathedral, Picasso Museum, and the lively dining streets of Las Camborias and La Plaza. La Malagueta Beach is reachable on foot in 15-20 minutes, and Gibralfaro Viewpoint is under 1 km. Malaga Airport is 10 km away, while the train station and port are 3 km distant, making the location ideal for car-free exploration.

The recently updated apartment comprises a living room with a sofa bed, two separate bedrooms, and one bathroom with a bath or shower and free toiletries. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster, and kitchenware, plus a washing machine and ironing facilities. All rooms are air-conditioned, with tiled floors, a flat-screen TV, and a dining area. The unit has three beds (likely a double and a single plus the sofa bed), making it suitable for families or small groups. Additional comforts include a wardrobe, heating, and a tea and coffee maker.

Guests can prepare their own meals using the oven, microwave, hob, and refrigerator, which is especially convenient for families or longer stays. A welcome drink is provided on arrival. Within a 300-500 metre radius, there are at least eight dining options including La Botica de la Cerveza, Casa Lola, El Tapeo de Cervantes, and Canadu Vegetariano, covering Spanish, vegetarian, and casual tapas. This variety means eating out is as easy as cooking in.

While there is no pool, spa, or gym on the property, La Malagueta Beach is a 15-minute walk away for swimming and sunbathing. Gibralfaro Viewpoint and Alcazaba offer outdoor leisure and cultural visits within 1 km. The historic centre itself provides plenty of walking exploration.
