BELFIORE MAGE APARTMENT, Florence

Located 8 km from Florence Airport and 1 km from Santa Maria Novella, the property sits on the 5th floor of a building facing an inner courtyard, ensuring quiet despite central proximity. Fortezza da Basso Convention Center is a 12-minute walk away, while Palazzo Vecchio and Piazza del Duomo are easily reached on foot. A private garage is available for those arriving by car, and the nearby tram stop connects efficiently to areas beyond the historic centre. The area has a high location rating for its convenience and public transport links.

Each bedroom has its own private bathroom with a shower and bidet, making the layout especially practical for groups of up to five people (plus a baby when requesting a cot). The apartment is on the 5th floor with lift access and faces the inner courtyard, keeping it quiet and free from street noise. The kitchen is well-fitted with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and kitchenware, plus a coffee machine and microwave. A sofa bed, work desk, dining area, and flat-screen TV with cable channels add to the comfort. Air conditioning can be set as low as 17°C, which is useful during warm Florence summers. The unit offers two beds, and the property provides ironing facilities, free toiletries, and a washing machine for longer stays.

The property focuses on practical comfort for city trips, with no dedicated wellness facilities such as a pool, spa, or gym. Guests can enjoy a pleasant 15-minute stroll along the river to reach Ponte Vecchio and Florence's main museums. The terrace provides a private outdoor area to relax after a day of sightseeing.

The apartment is serviced with free high-speed WiFi in all areas. A lift reaches the 5th floor, and a private garage (€25 per day, reservation required) is a key advantage for drivers. Safety features include fire extinguishers, smoke alarms, and a free safe deposit box. The host provides clear self-check-in instructions and is responsive to early or late arrival requests. The property is non-smoking throughout, and a cot is available on request for infants. Laundry is handled via the in-unit washing machine.
