BELLABO APARTMENT, Bologna

The property lies in the real heart of Bologna, with MAMbo a 6-minute walk away. Bologna Fair is 5 km from the apartment, while the Museum for the Memory of Ustica, Archiginnasio di Bologna, and La Macchina del Tempo are all within walking distance. For those attending events at Unipol Arena, a public bus (line 975) stops 3 minutes on foot. The Marconi Express provides easy airport connections, and the surrounding area offers several restaurants, bars, and supermarkets within a few minutes' walk, making the location well-suited for both daytime exploration and event access.

Accommodation options include a one-bedroom apartment with a private entrance, or studios, all featuring soundproof walls, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a washing machine, and city or garden views. Each unit includes a private bathroom with a shower and bidet, and some provide bathrobes. The compact layout is best suited for one person or a couple for a short stay of one to two nights. Rooms facing the busy street can experience noise; double-glazed windows and blackout shutters are available in some units for improved sleep quality. Pillows are described as thin, and only two are provided, with no additional blankets available. Some units have windows without curtains, offering limited privacy. Air conditioning and heating are available and function well.

Bike hire can be arranged at an additional charge, providing a practical way to reach the city centre and local attractions. The apartment itself does not offer spa or pool facilities, but the central location places guests close to the main sights and shopping streets for walking-based leisure.

The building includes a lift, key-code or key-card access, 24-hour security, and CCTV outside, which contributes to a sense of safety. Express check-in/out and a minimarket on site add convenience. A washing machine and clothes rack are available, making the apartment practical for travellers on longer trips (bring your own detergent). All major credit cards are accepted. There is no on-site reception; communication with the host is via messaging or phone, and check-in instructions are sent after payment. The property is non-smoking throughout.
