The apartment sits on a peaceful street in the Trastevere district, yet is surrounded by dozens of restaurants, cafés, and shops within a 1-3 minute walk. The lively atmosphere and full service (restaurants open late) make it ideal for evening dining without needing to travel. Tram stop at the end of the road runs directly to Piazza Venezia, Colosseum and Termini station. Many key attractions - Roman Forum, Pantheon, Campo de' Fiori - are under 20 minutes on foot. The Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and Vatican City are 30-45 minutes walking, or a quick tram ride. Ciampino Airport is 16 km away, reachable by taxi or shuttle bus to the tram. The neighbourhood feels very safe even at night.

The apartment comprises one separate bedroom (with a king-size bed or two singles), plus a double sofa bed in the living room, accommodating up to four guests. The living room has a dining table, a flat-screen TV and a desk. The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and dishwasher. Complimentary tea, coffee, oil, spices, salt, sugar and basic cooking essentials are provided - ideal for preparing simple meals. The bathroom features a shower and free toiletries. The apartment is air-conditioned and has central heating. It faces a quiet internal courtyard, so street noise is minimal. The unit is new and well-insulated, ensuring a good night's sleep despite the lively location. Extra bed linen and towels are provided.

Trastevere is famous for its wide selection of traditional Roman trattorias, modern restaurants, pizzerias, Indian options (Jaipur), and wine bars (Cantina Ripagrande) - all within a two-minute walk. The area has many options for a full meal or a quick coffee (Lettere Caffe) and shopping for fresh produce (The Canestro Biological Products). The apartment's kitchen allows self-catering, and the nearby supermarket makes grocery shopping convenient. There are also a number of traditional bakeries and pasticcerias for breakfast. No breakfast is served on site, but the abundance of local cafés and bars make morning meals easy.
