BOLOGNA HOLIDAY HOUSE, Bologna

This apartment is positioned for airport convenience, with a walking time of 15-20 minutes via pedestrian paths. The city centre is about 11 km away but reachable by bus lines 81 and 91, whose stop is right across the road. Nearby attractions include MAMbo (7 km) and the Tiro a Segno shooting range. The immediate area offers a Sicilian restaurant, a bar, and large supermarkets within a few minutes' walk, as well as a quiet riverside park. For those driving, the free on-site private parking with a gate is a significant practical advantage, making this location ideal for transit stays or trips requiring airport access without a car.

The apartment comprises a separate bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed, accommodating up to four guests. It is air-conditioned and heated, with a private bathroom featuring a shower. The kitchen is well-equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, kitchenware, and tea and coffee making facilities. A washing machine, ironing facilities, a dining area, and a flat-screen TV with streaming services are also included. The decor is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with thoughtful touches like board games for children. This setup suits short stays, airport layovers, and families or small groups needing a comfortable base near the airport.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. Parking is a strong point: free private parking on the premises with a gate, requiring no reservation. Luggage storage can be arranged for an additional charge, which is useful for guests with late departures. Self check-in and check-out are handled via clear, pre-provided instructions, supported by a responsive host. A minimarket and barber/beauty shop are located on site. The host offers flexibility with early check-in or late check-out when possible. The property is fully non-smoking, and pets are not allowed.
