The area has limited traffic, a charming little square with an open-air bar, and a range of restaurants, bars, and shops within a 2- to 7-minute walk. The neighbourhood is quiet at night, with windows overlooking an inner courtyard, so sleep quality is good despite the central location.

The apartment offers one separate bedroom and one bathroom with shower. The sofa in the living room extends to a full-size bed, making it suitable for up to two adults and one child, or a group of three. A four-person group would require booking two apartments. The kitchen is well equipped with a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and tea/coffee maker - all described as fully stocked and easy to use. The apartment has parquet floors, a seating area with a flat-screen TV, a dining table, and a wardrobe. Air conditioning and heating are included.
