The metro station Canillejas (line 5) is a 10-15 minute walk through the park, taking you directly to Gran Vía and Opera in about 15 minutes. Taxis to central Madrid typically cost €15-18. For IFEMA attendees, the location is ideal within walking distance (2 km). The airport is a short drive, making it convenient for transit stays.

Bungalow types vary: some have one bedroom, one bathroom (shower), a kitchenette with stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, and garden views. Others include a separate living room with sofa and outdoor dining area. Units with shared bathrooms have access to separate shower blocks. Not all bungalows are air-conditioned - those without can become very hot in summer. Bungalows are compact but efficiently laid out; some are brand new and clean. Bed configurations: single or double, with some units accommodating up to 3 beds. Heating is available for cooler months.

The bar serves drinks and wine/champagne, and on weekends there is often live music and a food truck offering food (e.g., avocado-based dishes). The coffee shop provides coffee and basic breakfast items. The minimarket stocks limited essentials, so consider bringing supplies from a supermarket. Packed lunches can be ordered. Outside food can be enjoyed at the outdoor dining area or on the bungalow's terrace. Nearby restaurants: El Valle Hermoso, La Estacion, Huasheng (all about 1 km away).

Relax in the garden or on the terrace with outdoor dining areas. The solarium (free) is available for sunbathing. On weekend evenings, the bar area often hosts live music performances (may involve additional charge). The adjoining Juan Carlos I Park provides walking paths, jogging routes, and green space. There is no swimming pool.
