CA' PINELLI, Venice

The apartment sits on a quieter street in the historic centre, yet major landmarks such as Doge's Palace (700 m), Ca' d'Oro (less than 1 km), and La Fenice Theatre (an 11-minute walk) are all easily reached on foot. Vaporetto stops for Rialto, San Marco, and San Zaccaria are within a few minutes' walk, providing water-bus connections across the city and to the airport. The area is well served by restaurants, with at least six eateries within 300 m, including Al Mascaron. Venice Marco Polo Airport is 18 km away and Venezia Santa Lucia Train Station is 2 km from the property.

The apartment features a private entrance and comprises a living room with a dining table, a fully equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with a double and a single bed), and two bathrooms each with a shower and bidet. Air conditioning is present in all rooms and operates quietly; heating is also available. The decor is modern and well-maintained, with parquet flooring, hypoallergenic bedding, and comfortable mattresses. The living room is compact for four adults if using the sofa bed extensively, but offers enough space for a group. The apartment is on the first floor (no lift); there are no balconies. Storage space is adequate, and the layout means the two bedrooms are well separated from each other, providing privacy for two couples or families with teenagers.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the property and reported to be reliable. Luggage storage is offered before check-in and after check-out - useful for late flights. Check-in can be completed using a door code, eliminating the need for a physical key exchange. The staff is based at a nearby hotel and available for assistance; the office also provides an invoice upon request. Housekeeping is not daily but the apartment is cleaned before arrival. A safety deposit box is provided in the room for valuables.
