CA ROSSA - VENEZIA, Venice

The apartment sits in a central yet quiet lane just off St. Mark's Square, placing the Basilica San Marco (4 minutes walk), Doge's Palace (400 metres), and the Zaccaria vaporetto stop (5 minutes) within easy reach. The water-bus stop provides direct connections to the airport (Marco Polo Airport, 18 km) and the train station, making arrival by boat practical. Multiple restaurants, bars, and a minimarket are on the same block, and the host can meet guests at the boat dock and guide them through the area.

The apartment spans multiple levels with three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with bath, one with shower), a living room, and a separate dining area. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and kitchenware, plus tea and coffee-making facilities. The property is air-conditioned and heated throughout, with parquet flooring, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a private entrance. Beds are comfortable and the layout is well-suited for up to 6 adults plus a baby (cot available). The roof terrace features outdoor furniture and city views.

The kitchen includes a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware, and a dining table, allowing guests to prepare full meals. A minimarket on site supplies basic groceries. Several restaurants are within a 2-5 minute walk, including Trattoria alla Rivetta (0.5 km), Ristorante Antica Sacrestia (0.5 km), and Il Ridotto (0.5 km), offering Venetian cuisine, pizza, and casual dining options. Coffee and tea are provided as a welcome amenity.

The roof terrace is furnished with outdoor seating and offers a private outdoor space for relaxing, dining, or enjoying the Venice skyline. The apartment is not a full leisure facility, but the terrace serves as a peaceful retreat after sightseeing. For additional leisure, the surrounding area offers canal views and easy access to water-bus routes for exploring the wider city.

Free WiFi (77 Mbps) covers the property and supports streaming and video calls. A minimarket is located in the building for basic supplies. The host offers a personal meet-and-greet at the vaporetto stop, provides local recommendations, and can assist with luggage storage before check-in. Safety features include fire extinguishers and key access. There is no parking; the best way to arrive is by water-bus. Laundry services are available at a nearby shop (within walking distance).
