The area is considered one of Rome's best for location, with easy access to public buses and metro lines. Walking to the Colosseum, Lateran, and other central landmarks is feasible for active visitors.

The apartment includes a living room, a separate bedroom, and a bathroom with a bidet and free toiletries. The kitchen is well-equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric kettle, and kitchenware. Air conditioning, heating, a flat-screen TV, a washing machine, and a dressing area are provided. The bedroom has a comfortable bed, and the living room sofa can serve as an extra sleeping space. Sound insulation is good, and the apartment is quiet, especially for a city-centre location. The unit is faithfully represented in photos, with modern decor and parquet flooring. Note that no balconies are available.
