For those arriving by car, access is restricted by the ZTL, and the nearest parking is at the Quickparking Policlinico, a 15-minute walk away.

The apartments have a private bathroom with a shower and bidet. The kitchen includes a stovetop, refrigerator, oven, and kitchenware. The Blue and Red apartments can be set up with a third foldable bed in the living room; the Yellow apartment has a second bedroom. The Red apartment is quieter as it faces the courtyard.
