CASA FLORENTIA, Florence

The apartment sits in the real centre of Florence, offering easy walking access to major landmarks like Piazza della Signoria and the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. Despite being central, the area feels off the main tourist track, providing a quiet base. A bus stop for the airport is close, and the walk to Piazzale Michelangelo for city views takes just a few minutes. Nearby restaurants and a tobacco shop for public transport tickets add daily convenience.

The apartment offers one bedroom with a very comfortable double bed, plus a sofa bed in the living room (the sofa bed is less comfortable than the main bed). The private bathroom includes a shower, bidet, hairdryer, and free toiletries. The kitchenette features a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffee machine, making it practical for self-catering. Air conditioning and heating ensure year-round comfort. Although the interior is a remodel of an older building, it remains quiet and functional. The terrace and patio provide an outdoor sitting area.

The fully equipped kitchenette includes a refrigerator, stovetop, and kitchenware, enabling guests to prepare their own meals. A small grocery shop right next door is convenient for stocking up on essentials. Within a few hundred metres, diners can choose from EnotecaBar Fuori Porta (0.5 km), Gluten Free Quinoa (0.5 km), Boccadarno (0.5 km), and other local eateries. This area provides a good mix of dining options just steps from the apartment.

High-speed and stable WiFi is free throughout the apartment. Express check-in/out and a private check-in service streamline arrival and departure. Luggage storage is available for a fee, useful for early arrival or late departure. Security features include 24-hour security, fire extinguishers, and key access. Cots are available on request. No pets are permitted, and the property is non-smoking throughout. Parking is limited and must be reserved in advance at €40 per day.
