Windows and soundproofing vary: some rooms have double glazing and good insulation against street noise, while others let in considerable traffic sound, especially at night. The air conditioning is older and may struggle in Seville's high summer. A rooftop terrace with cathedral views is accessible.

For a classic tapas experience, Bodega Santa Cruz Las Columnas is 500 metres away. The apartment's kitchenette is very compact and best used for light snacks and breakfast rather than full meals, as some units lack basic cooking utensils and oil.
