CASAJUSTA TRASTEVERE, Rome

The apartment sits in Trastevere, a vibrant central neighbourhood packed with restaurants, bars, and cafés within 100 metres. Rome's major sights-the Pantheon (1 km), Roman Forum (2 km), and Campo de' Fiori-are all easily walkable. Rome Ciampino Airport is 16 km away; the paid airport shuttle or direct taxi are the most practical options. The area remains surprisingly quiet for its centrality, making it suitable for families and light sleepers. With no parking on-site, the location strongly favours car-free travel and walking.

The apartment features 1 living room, 2 separate bedrooms, and 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower and bidet. The bedroom configuration includes 2 double beds and 2 single beds (confirmed via Q&A), accommodating families or groups of 4-5 comfortably. The unit is air-conditioned, soundproofed, and heated, with a private entrance. The spacious terrace and balcony offer city views and outdoor furniture. The bathroom is clean and roomy. The interior has charming local decor (figurines, pictures) that adds character. A washing machine, ironing facilities, and a dressing area add practical comfort for extended stays.

The apartment's kitchen includes a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, cookware, and a dining table-ideal for preparing meals. The surrounding Trastevere streets offer an exceptional concentration of dining: Otello, Dar Poeta, Nannarella, Ombre Rosse, and many more are within 0.3-0.5 km. The area is known for authentic Roman trattorias, pizzerias, and vibrant evening bars. For those who prefer cooking, the shared kitchen and kitchenware provide flexibility.

Leisure options beyond sightseeing include a nearby golf course (within 3 km, at an extra cost) and bicycle rental for pedalling through Rome's streets. The apartment itself offers a shared lounge/TV area for downtime. The primarily walkable location means most leisure and cultural attractions are reached on foot, making this a practical base for Rome's historic and culinary offerings.

The apartment offers free WiFi in all areas-reliable for work or streaming. Guests can store luggage at no charge before check-in or after check-out. A safety deposit box is free to use. Pets are allowed with no extra fee. An airport shuttle and bicycle rental are available for an additional cost. A shared kitchen and shared lounge/TV area are accessible. The host typically meets guests for check-in, which simplifies the arrival process. The property is non-smoking throughout and offers family rooms.
