CASA LUZ VERDE, Cancun

The property sits in a secure residential neighbourhood with good public transport links. A colectivo stop is nearby, and buses to downtown (10 minutes) connect to the Hotel Zone and beaches. The ADO bus station and the port are easily reachable by Uber. Government Palace is 5 km away, while La Isla Shopping Mall is 18 km. Restaurants such as Don Corleone cucina italiana and Las Poblanitas are within a 5-minute walk. The quiet streets at night make it suitable for travellers needing rest near the airport rather than nightlife.

Guests can use the refrigerator and the provided kettle and small oven, but the main kitchen is off-limits. Free drinking water is available. For meals, several dining options are within a short walk: Don Corleone cucina italiana (Italian, 0.5 km), Las Poblanitas El Rincon Del Sazon Casero (Mexican, 0.5 km), Real Food (0.5 km), Los Marineros (seafood, 0.5 km), and La Pasteleteria (baked goods, 0.5 km). A highly recommended fresh juice spot, Jugos Quetzales, is just across the main road open in the morning.

WiFi uses the Telmex network and is reported as very good for remote work. Parking is free and on-site, with no reservation needed. Bicycle parking is also available. The property has 24-hour security, key access, and is located in a safe area. Babysitting and child services are available for an additional charge. Grocery deliveries can be arranged. The host is known for being helpful with transport advice and organising airport pickups. The shared living arrangement with the owner means daily housekeeping is not standard, but the accommodation is kept very clean.
