The ADO International Bus Station is a 7-minute walk, and the Maritime Terminal is under 1 km away. This central position makes walking to most attractions, restaurants, and shops easy. For longer trips, the Cozumel International Airport is 34 km away. The area is well served by local transport to Tulum and other Riviera Maya destinations.

Rooms are available as doubles (one bed), triples, and quadruples (two beds). Each has a private bathroom with a shower, a wardrobe, and a dining table with chairs. Some rooms include a terrace. Air conditioning is free. While the rooms are spacious and include basic amenities, the property has faced recurring issues with humidity, drainage odors, and mold in bathrooms. The electric showers have sometimes been unreliable, and water temperature and supply can vary. Windows and terraces help with ventilation but some rooms may still feel damp. Bed linens and towels are provided but housekeeping only every three days.

The property offers a shared terrace with seating, which provides a simple outdoor space to unwind. No pool, gym, or spa facilities are on site. The beach is less than 1 km away for swimming and sunbathing.
