Casa Mercedes sits directly overlooking the marina in the top-rated area of Puerto del Carmen, providing a tranquil waterside setting within walking distance of the town's bars, shops and dining. Playa Chica beach is less than 1 km away, and Lanzarote Airport is 7 km (about 10 minutes by car). The surrounding area offers easy access to mountain views, scuba diving, the Jameos del Agua caves, and golf at Lanzarote Golf Resort. Public parking is available nearby but becomes busier during high season - private garage parking is strongly recommended for those with a car.

Bed configurations vary - apartment 2 has two single beds, others offer doubles; the 2-bedroom house sleeps up to 4 guests.
