The apartment sits in a pedestrian-friendly ZTL zone, a short walk from the Duomo (1 km), Piazza del Duomo, and Palazzo Vecchio. The apartments have been newly renovated and are clean and comfortable. Each unit has a separate living room with a sofa bed, a dining area, and a flat-screen TV. The two bedrooms are at opposite ends of the apartment, providing privacy. Bed configurations include a unit with three non-divisible double beds (sleeping up to 6) and a unit with two bedrooms and a sofa bed (4 beds). Air conditioning and heating are in all rooms, and the apartment is on a quiet street, with excellent air conditioning. The apartment is about 70 m² and there is a lift to the second floor, with a few steps from the front door.
