Free public parking is available nearby, though a reservation is not possible. A bus stop on the opposite side of the street provides direct routes to the center. Several supermarkets and bakeries are within a one-minute walk, and the beach (San Andres) is 2 km away. The location is ideal for car-free exploration.

The apartment sleeps up to two guests in one bedroom with a comfortable bed and a sofa bed in the living room. The living room also features a dining area, flat-screen TV, and parquet floors. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, tea and coffee maker, and all cookware. A washing machine with a dryer is inside the unit.
