CENTRAL LEPETIT APARTMENT DE LUXE, Milan

The apartment sits on a quiet street in a safe area, yet is less than 3 minutes' walk from Milano Centrale, the city's main rail and metro hub. All airport shuttle buses and trains to Linate, Malpensa and Bergamo stop within 5 minutes on foot. The surrounding neighbourhood is considered the top-rated area in Milan, with Bosco Verticale 1 km away, GAM Milano a 19-minute walk, and Brera Art Gallery 2 km distant. At least eight restaurants and cafés are within a 3-minute radius, making it convenient for dining without travelling. For those with mobility concerns, note that while the building has a lift, a few steps still lead to the apartment door.

The apartment contains 1 separate bedroom, 1 living room with a comfortable sofa bed, and 1 bathroom with a shower and free toiletries. The layout is spacious and well-suited for two people, with the sofa bed providing flexibility for an additional guest. The master bedroom has a comfortable mattress and large white bath towels. The living area includes a dining table, seating area, and a flat-screen TV with streaming services (Netflix). The balcony overlooks a quiet inner courtyard, which helps reduce street noise. The unit is air-conditioned and heated, with a washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities. The second-floor location is served by a lift, but several steps remain to the apartment door.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the apartment, and streaming services (Netflix) are provided. Check-in can be arranged via a self-service key system (KeyNest) or direct host meeting, with a 24-hour reception available through WhatsApp. The host is responsive and has offered early baggage storage when the apartment is being cleaned. The building has a lift, though a few steps remain to the apartment. No cleaning service is included, but the apartment is newly renovated and cleaned before arrival. Payment is accepted by American Express, Visa, Maestro and MasterCard.
